At Chicago Music Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 72-hour return window for most items to ensure they meet your sonic expectations. Our goal is to make the return process as seamless as possible so you can get back to making music.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email or phone within 72 hours of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack the item in its original shipping container with all included accessories, manuals, and original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our Chicago showroom.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
